
Hartshorn PTO STEAM Summer Camp 2025

STEAM Summer Camp is back! STEAM Summer Camp, held at Hartshorn School, and taught by Hartshorn Teachers, is open to current Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade students enrolled in Millburn Public Schools.
Please read this form carefully for camp policies and registration details.
There will be 3 one week camp sessions. Students can choose to enroll in one, two or all three weeks! Activities will be different each week. If you are enrolling more than one child, please use a different form for each one.
Session Dates:
Session 1 - Monday, June 30th through Thursday, July 3rd (no class 7/4)
Session 2 - Monday, July 7th through Friday, July 11th
Session 3 - Monday, July 14th through Friday July 18th
Camp Hours:
Daily from 8:45 am to 2:45 pm.
Lunch, snack, and all materials are included.
Pricing:
Sign up for all 3 sessions and receive a $100 discount!
Session1: $550
Session 2: $670
Session 3: $670
Sessions 1, 2 & 3: $1,790
Space is limited! Enrollment is on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are unable to register your child due to over-enrollment, you can choose to put your child on the waitlist for the session of your choice; you will not be charged unless and until your child’s registration is confirmed.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND POLICIES:
- Registration will be online only, and enrollment is on a first - come - first - served basis.
- Insufficient enrollment may impact certain weeks/sessions and may warrant canceling that week/session. If a session is cancelled, you will be notified and you will have an option to either switch to another available session or to withdraw, in which case you will be refunded.
- Please make sure your child wants to participate in the camp and that their schedule allows it, there will be absolutely no cancellations or withdrawals once registered.
- If your child receives any special accommodations or services during the regular school year, please contact hartshornsteamcamp@gmail.com prior to registering.
- Safety and Behavior: Campers are expected to conduct themselves as they would during the normal school day, namely, exercise personal responsibility and show respect toward instructors, and fellow students. Should disruptive, destructive, or dangerous behavior arise, teachers and the PTO Executive Board may use their discretion in allowing continued camper participation. If a camper is asked to be removed from the camp due to behavior, no refund will be issued.
